What are missed calls costing you?

Every call that rings out is a customer who wanted to hire somebody. Plug in your own numbers below and see what those calls could add up to over a year.

Picture a customer who is ready to buy. They call, nobody picks up, and they dial the next company on the list.

Your numbers

These starting numbers are examples only. They are not industry figures. Replace each one with your own.

How we figured this

No hidden data and no outside studies. Just your four numbers and some multiplication.

  1. Lost jobs per week = missed calls per week x share who hire a competitor x your close rate
  2. Lost revenue per week = lost jobs per week x average job value
  3. Per month = weekly number x 4.33 (about how many weeks are in a month)
  4. Per year = weekly number x 52

Callers who call back later are not counted. Of the ones who go elsewhere, we only count the share you would normally close. Totals are rounded to the nearest dollar.
